Using our website

By using woodlandwatches.co.uk, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when placing orders or contacting us

• Use the site only for lawful purposes

• Not interfere with or attempt to disrupt the site's operation

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access at our discretion.

Products and pricing

We work hard to display product details, colours, and pricing accurately. However:

• Wood is a natural material, and the exact grain, tone, and pattern of your watch may vary slightly from the photographs shown.

• Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

• We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or product descriptions, even after an order has been placed. If a pricing error affects your order, we'll contact you before processing.

Placing an order

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We accept your offer when we send you an order confirmation email. A contract is formed at that point.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders at our discretion, including (but not limited to) cases of suspected fraud, stock issues, or pricing errors. If we cancel your order, we'll refund you in full.

Payment

We accept major debit and credit cards, PayPal, and (where available) Klarna or similar buy-now-pay-later services. Payment is taken at the point of order.

All payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We don't store your full card details on our systems.

Delivery

Delivery terms are detailed in our Shipping Policy. All UK orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days and delivered within 3–5 working days from dispatch.

Risk passes to you on delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Returns and refunds

Our returns terms are detailed in our Returns Policy. In summary: you may return unworn, non-engraved watches within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Engraved watches are personalised and cannot be returned unless faulty.

Warranty

Every Woodland watch is covered by a 12-month warranty against defects in materials or craftsmanship. The warranty does not cover:

• Damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear

• Water damage beyond the watch's stated water resistance (3ATM)

• Damage caused by unauthorised repairs or modifications

Your statutory rights as a UK consumer are not affected.

Engraving

Engravings are personalised at the time of order and cannot be changed once production has begun. You are responsible for the accuracy of the engraving message you provide. We reserve the right to refuse engravings that are offensive, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate.

Intellectual property

All content on woodlandwatches.co.uk — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Woodland Watches and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Woodland Watches' total liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profits or opportunity, arising from your use of our website or products.

Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
