Returns policy
Our promise
We want you to love your Woodland watch. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided it meets the conditions below.
What we accept
We accept returns on watches that are:

Unworn and in their original condition

Returned in the original gift box and packaging

Returned within 30 days of the delivery date

Not personalised with engraving
What we don't accept
We're unable to accept returns on:

Engraved watches, as these are personalised to you. The exception is if the watch is faulty or damaged on arrival.

Watches showing signs of wear, damage, or modification

Watches returned without the original packaging

Watches returned more than 30 days after delivery
How to return your order

Email us at info@woodlandwatches.co.uk within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

We'll send you confirmation and a return address.

Pack the watch securely in its original box and send it back using a tracked delivery service.

Once we receive and inspect the watch, we'll process your refund within 5 working days.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the watch is faulty, damaged, or sent in error. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving and inspecting the returned watch. Depending on your bank, the refund may take a further 3–5 working days to appear in your account.
Faulty or damaged watches
If your watch arrives faulty or damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund, including return shipping.
Watches that develop a fault within the 12-month warranty period are covered separately under our warranty terms, please email us with details.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your watch for a different model, please contact us at info@woodlandwatches.co.uk
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
