Where we ship
Woodland Watches currently ships within the United Kingdom, for global shipping options contact us at info@woodlandwatches.co.uk
Delivery times
All UK orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days of being placed. Delivery takes a further 1-2 working days, meaning most orders arrive within 3-5 working days from the order date.
Orders placed after 2pm on weekdays, or on weekends and bank holidays, are processed the next working day.
Delivery cost
Delivery is free on all UK orders. There are no hidden fees, surcharges, or minimum order values.
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this to follow your delivery from our workshop to your door.
If you haven't received tracking information within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@woodlandwatches.co.uk.
Engraved orders
Engraved orders follow the same dispatch timeline as standard orders, usually 2-3 working days. We'll always let you know if there are any delays.
Delivery delays
While we work hard to dispatch every order quickly, occasional delays can happen due to courier issues. If your order is significantly delayed, please get in touch and we'll investigate.
Wrong address
If you've entered the wrong delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to redirect it. Re-shipping costs caused by an incorrect address will be the customer's responsibility.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
If your parcel is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbours and your local sorting office before getting in touch. Most "missing" parcels turn up within 48 hours.
