A wooden watch is best kept away from soaking, showers and swimming. Follow the care instructions for your model and dry it gently if it becomes damp.

Every Woodland watch comes with a 12-month warranty covering defects in materials or craftsmanship. Keep your order details so we can help if you need us.
The warranty excludes normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, water damage outside your model’s stated limits, and unauthorised repairs or modifications.
If something isn’t right, email us with your order number, a description of the problem and clear photos. We’ll help you with the next steps. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this warranty.
